This woman in her mid-thirties desired a breast augmentation from an A to a full B. She and Dr. Howell discussed placement and given her small frame and thin tissues, submuscular placement was ideal. She chose to have saline implants and has been very happy with her results. She is pictured before and three months after, with 270cc on the right and 250ccc on the left.
