This woman in her late forties was interested in breast enhancement without implants or change in bra size as well as targeting her excess arm skin. She met with Dr. Howell to discuss her concerns and desires and decided to proceed with a breast and arm lift with liposuction of the arms (also referred to as a mastopexy and brachioplasty).
