This woman in her mid-fifties had a breast augmentation with a lift 20 years earlier using saline implants and wanted to improve the contour of her breasts. She and Dr. Tucker discussed her options, including going from a DD to a C cup, and she chose a revision breast augmentation with mastopexy using Motiva implants.
