This woman in her late fifties with preexisting submuscular saline implants met with Dr. Howell interested a breast lift and implant replacement to a smaller size.  After discussing the nature of breast augmentation revision, she decided to proceed with Motiva silicone implants and a lift. She has good positioning and is featured before and three months after surgery.
