Case Details
This patient in her early 20’s came in complaining of her very large breasts which impacted most aspects of her life, yet wanting to keep a significant breast size that matched her body habitus. The reduction gave her a more youthful appearance and very positively affected her activity level. She is seen preop and three months postop, with significant relief in back, neck and shoulder pain.
