Case Details
This 20-ish young patient was very self-conscious of her very large breasts which she had had since puberty as they limited her sports activities and she felt were very conspicuous. Her desire was for her breasts to be more in line with her body size and shape and to be more healthful in her lifestyle. She is shown preop and three months postop—a much happier patient with a positive outlook and improvements in her back pain.
