I had a wonderful experience with Dr Howell. He was incredibly professional and detail oriented. My scarring is minimal and the recovery was easier than I anticipated. As moms, we give up so much of ourselves both mentally and physically. I can finally look in the mirror and recognize myself again. I didn’t realize just how much the physical changes from pregnancy had affected my mental health until I saw my surgery results. If I decide to get additional procedures in the future I will definitely return to Dr Howell.

I wanted to say thank you so much for a wonderful time at the spring open house ! I was amazed ….Everything and everyone was so nice . I was given a mascara , a margarita, and dinner! The taco truck was really great . I was expecting just a small taco but it was a meal . We had raffle tickets to place in procedures we were interested in , and staff available to explain each procedure. . Both doctors were available for questions also . Thank you again it was a wonderful time !

Salem Plastic Surgery is amazing. I have had a tummy tuck, fillers and Botox and getting ready to have more work done. I researched and they were rated top 3 in the state and they are amazing. Dr. Howell is amazing on the work he has done on my body and the healing time was amazing. Ms. Joy and Kayla have done exceptionally well on my facials and Botox and fillers. I will never go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Joy Goings. She is very professional, knowledgeable, understandable and super nice. She answered all my questions and did not rush during the procedures. I got Botox between my eyes because I always looked like I was angry even if I wasn’t! I also got nose filler instead of having surgery. I can tell the difference and I am extremely happy. You can always apply for care credit as well to help with making payments. The font desk staff is very friendly.

My experience with Kayla was Great as always! She is very talented and knowledgeable about skin care. Always helpful with helping me with my skin care issues! I highly recommend her!

After losing quite a bit of weight and trying to tighten up and get rid of excess skin, I decided to visit Salem plastic surgery. I had followed them and Dr. Howell for quite some time. After my consultation with Dr. Howell, it was a very easy, yes for me. I am so happy with my results and would 100% choose Dr. Howell and Salem plastic surgery again. He always answers my questions and made sure I was prepared pre-and post surgery for what to expect. 10/10 Recommend!!! My advice to others would be, book the consultation, and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

After meeting Dr. Tucker at the initial consultation, I immediately knew I had made the right choice in choosing Salem Plastic Surgery for my Augementation/Mastoplexy. Dr. Tucker was honest about what could be done and was very reassuring of the outcome of the procedure. There was never a question left unanswered. The amazing nursing staff was always available and the front desk staff always made checking in and out and scheduling appointments a breeze. The knowledge of every staff member is exceptional!
