Kayla is an expert in skincare, and is comforting, pays attention to detail, and cares about the client’s goals for treatment. I received nothing but the best. A little more about my experience and care is included in this review to expand on all the details and provide testimony to my visits. I have had the pleasure of receiving an Obagi Skintrinsiq™ facial, DiamondGlow® facial, and eyebrow waxing with Kayla in the last few months. The spa staff are phenomenal, and the atmosphere is calming, and relaxing. For the first facial, Kayla took her time to assess my skin while I was getting the facial to provide skin care recommendations and the options they had for skin care products. I didn't feel pressured to buy their products. She also provided samples and written instructions on the regimen. I did end up getting some of the products a few weeks after. I left the appointment with a glow! The regimen that was recommended did a wonderful job in improving the tone, texture, and moisture in my face. The second facial, I received nothing but the best care! I again, left with a glowing and better-looking face. She went over how the skin care was going, and tailored my routine based on the feedback I gave. I could really tell a difference in my pores, moisture, and fine lines. She also waxed my eyebrows, and they look great! I plan on going back to see Kayla for a facial peel in the fall, and laser hair removal in 2024.

From the consultation, to pre-op, day of surgery and post op, everyone was/is amazing. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had. I felt comfortable, had my questions answered and can confidently say I made the right choice in choose Salem Plastic Surgery. Without a doubt, I would recommend Dr. Howell.

I wish I could give Dr. Howell 10 stars because I love the results from my tummy tuck and liposuction! Dr. Howell is very precise and provides his patients with realistic expectations. The staff and Dr. Tucker were all super friendly and welcoming. I had a breast augmentation done and I am very pleased with the outcome. The surgery and recovery went better than I could’ve imagined. I was so happy to be able to reconnect with Dr. Tucker for a breast implant revision. He did such a great job with the reconstruction and I knew I would have the same trust and comfort with him for this surgery. His skill and craftsmanship cannot be compared to anyone else’s. He and all of his office staff genuinely care any their patients. Highly recommend is not strong enough!

I've been to Dr. Howell several times over the years. He has always been friendly, professional, compassionate, a good listener and his work is amazing! His front office team and nurses are ALL so very kind and always greet you with a smile (this is so hard to find these days). Dr. Howell, his office staff and nurses are also very responsive to your needs, questions and concerns and I always receive a call back the same day (again, not so common these days). I really appreciated the card and calls after surgery too! It felt personable and like I was a person, not just a number. Thank you all for the great care.
