I've had multiple procedures at Salem Plastic Surgery and Renewal Med Spa. The patient care is felt thru every step of the process from initial consultation thru recovery. Dr Howell and the entire staff at Salem Plastic Surgery are welcoming, comforting, informative, and really make you feel comfortable with the procedures and post op.

Dr. Howell and his team are phenomenal. They walked me through each step and made me feel prepared and comfortable. I’m so happy with my results and would recommend Dr. Howell to anyone seeking thorough, thoughtful, compassionate, highly skilled care.

Heather is so intuitive to what you need. She's not about how much can we do but let's do just enough to look great and natural. I trust her 100% to tell me what will work best for me and my goals to look younger and refreshed without knowing anything was done!!

Our (my husband and I) experience with Dr Tucker and the entire center was nothing short of wonderful. Both our worries and concerns were dealt with the of the procedure amazingly. The next few days afterwards there were questions about many things and the staff was so helpful and attentive every day with our phone calls. We had many concerns and we were always made to feel comfortable about our questions. We are now past the healing stages and are so glad we went through with the procedure. I can't praise Dr. Howell and his team highly enough! He spent a lot of time with me at my preliminary appointment. Very personable, always on time, great communications skills, reasonable cost. The first week post-op was tough, as expected, but the weeks following were easier than expected. His nurses and anesthesiologist were fantastic. I'm now 10 weeks post-op. Although I can definitely see the differences, no one else has noticed that I had "work" done, and that's exactly what I wanted. It looks natural. I'm very pleased.
