Update: I had the best, best facial with Kayla, she is so intuitive, kind and extremely knowledgeable on all skin conditions. I am an esthetician as well and she definitely taught me some new things, so grateful. They carry clinical effective skincare lines too! Salem Plastic Surgery is a wonderful facility, what makes it the best in my opinion is the staff and surgeons. I currently see Joy and Heather for Botox and lip injections and they are fabulous. I just purchased a package for laser hair removal and I see Jade. It’s been the best experience and one of the most highly effective new lasers on the market. I have had consultations and discussions with both surgeons and they are extremely honest, professional and experienced. Lastly, Vanessa the office manager, is so helpful, kind and patient. Highly recommend this practice!

I have been a patient of Dr. Howell for 5 years. I contemplated finding a plastic surgeon for years. I finally asked my dermatologist and she highly recommended Dr. Howell. I knew the first time I met Dr. Howell I had made the right choice. He is personable, confident in his abilities, good communicator and listener, caring and compassionate. I knew immediately I could trust him. He never pushed me to do more than I was comfortable with. He shares excellent options from his perspective. I am very satisfied with the results . I was super pleased at how courteous and professional the staff was through the entire process. When surgery time came I was very comfortable with everyone and Dr. Tucker has a great bedside manner. The results of my surgery were better than I ever imagined. Dr. Tucker was able to give me 510cc in each breast taking me from a low B to full D!! I’m three months out and they look real, and not obvious implants. I highly recommend him.

I went there for a breast lift and augmentation and he did an amazing job! I felt very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend Dr. Howell to anyone who wants to have anything done!
