This patient in her mid 30’s wanted to improve the appearance of her breast and body.  She chose to proceed with a Mommy Makeover in the form of bilateral breast augmentation mastopexy (breast implant and lift) with submuscular 590cc ultra high profile silicone gel implants, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction of her flanks.  She is shown before and 3 months after her surgery.
