This woman in her early fifties desired a breast reduction and torso improvement. She had specific concerns about the fullness below the bra line. In this patient’s case, she was a good candidate to have abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks in conjunction with breast reduction and liposuction of the chest wall.
