This woman in her early twenties desired a breast augmentation and reshaping. She had notable breast asymmetry, with her right side larger than the left. While mainly lifting and reshaping to improve her asymmetry, she also wished to go slightly larger, into the range of a full C cup. She and Dr. Howell discussed her options and agreed upon a breast lift and augmentation with submuscular silicone gel implants (110cc on the right, 140cc on the left), along with liposuction of the breast-armpit area. She is very pleased with her results and is pictured before and 1.5 years afterwards.
